Hotel Information

The Chattanoogan is the official event hotel and headquarters for TT-East 2005, June 2-4, 2005. Room reservations can now be made at a special reduced rate of $119 per night for a standard room. Additional room types and rates are as follows:

  • Courtyard Suite at $239.00 per night - Junior suite with a parlor, soft seating and connecting King room
  • Mountain View Suite at $279.00 per night - A king room with a connecting large parlor with soft seating, dining table, half-bath in the parlor, separate entrances available from the hallway
  • Chattanoogan Suite at $399.00 per night - The "Presidential Suite" with the same floorplan as the Mountain View Suite, featuring high-end finishes with original artwork.

To make your reservations at the Chattanoogan, please call (877) 756-1684 or (423) 424-3760 between 7:30AM and 7:30PM Eastern Time, Monday - Friday. Make sure to mention the group name of Audi TT Owners TT East Meeting Guestroom Block and the Reservation ID # 159243 when making your reservation to get our special negotiated rate. This special negotiated rate and reserved block of rooms at the Chattanoogan will be held until May 2, 2005.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: The Chattanoogan has a 4:00 p.m. check-in and a 12:00 noon check-out. When notified in advance, the Chattanoogan is able to provide storage space for the luggage of guests who arrive early or depart after the requested checkout time.

EARLY ARRIVALS/LATE DEPARTURES: The Chattanoogan will offer a guest room rate of ($119.00) to participants arriving up to three (3) days early or departing three (3) days late.

PARKING: Overnight parking is available in the adjacent garage at $8.00 per car for self-parking and $10.00 per car for valet parking, which can be billed to your guestroom.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: The Chattanoogan offers transportation to and from the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport. The current fee is $15.00 per person, one way.

SPA SERVICES: The Chattanoogan Spa offers an extensive selection of services. Please contact the Chattanoogan to make your own arrangements.
