Registration Information

TT-East 2005 Registration Cost: $125 per person

Each registration includes: Access to all official event activities & hospitality suite, registration package, TT-East 2005 name badge, TT-East 2005 lanyard, one raffle ticket (must be present to win), event souvenirs, sponsors goody bag, Thursday evening welcoming reception sponsored by REVO Technik (cash bar available), museum admission to the Hunter Museum of American Art, Friday dinner by Sticky Fingers at the Hunter Museum of American Art (cash bar available) and Saturday Dinner at the Chattanoogan Hotel (cash bar available). All taxes and gratuities are included.

IMPORTANT NOTES: You must be present to win at the Saturday June 4, 2005 dinner/raffle. Vegetarian meal options will be available, please make sure to enter any special meal requests in the comments field on the registration form. THERE IS A MAXIMUM LIMIT OF 125 TOTAL REGISTERED ATTENDEES FOR TT-EAST 2005. Online registration promptly ends on Wednesday May 11, 2005 at 12:00 MIDNIGHT EDT or when 125 attendees have registered, whichever comes first. Please see the cancellation policy at the bottom of this page.

Registered Attendee Sign-In

LOCATION: Chattanoogan Hotel Lobby, Chattanooga, Tennessee

DATES & TIMES: There will be two sign-in sessions: first session will take place from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday June 2, 2005; the second and final sign-in session will take place from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM on Friday June 3, 2005.

PLEASE NOTE: The event registration fee does not cover the cost of nor automatically reserve a room at the Chattanoogan Hotel (the official event headquarters) nor any other area hotel. Please see the hotels section of this web site for further information.


Cancellation Policy

To submit a cancellation request after having registered for TT-East 2005, please specify your FULL NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS and send an email to the following address:

   cancel@tt-east.org

PLEASE NOTE: All cancellation requests must be sent via email to cancel@tt-east.org. Cancellation requests for PAID registrations received prior to Wednesday May 11, 2005 12:00 midnight EDT will be refunded all monies minus a $50.00 administrative fee per person registered. Cancellation requests for PAID registrations received after Wednesday May 11, 2005 12:00 midnight EDT will forfeit the full cost of registration per person. Registrations not paid in full by the close of business on Wednesday May 25, 2005 will automatically be cancelled.
